What happened?
A life changing birth injury occurred during the delivery of high risk, premature twins leading to a girl’s cerebral palsy. A multitude of poor decisions made by the provider before and during the birth – including a type of incision that led to a dangerous 14 minute delivery – were all factors at play in this case.

Showcase the multiple missteps taken by the provider and how his decisions before and during delivery resulted in catastrophic injuries and necessary medical care for the rest of her life.
The outcome?
For this case we created a series of timelines that visualized the events pre-birth and during the births of twin A and twin B. Not only that, the timelines noted the medical decisions by the doctor and their effects. This brought to life the missteps in the whole birth story, which was over 14 minutes in length and ultimately catastrophic, leading to the $35M verdict.
