$10M Verdict for Failed Heart Diagnosis on a Former College Athlete
Case Type: Medical Malpractice
A former collegiate athlete died at 39 years old after a cardiologist failed to properly test and diagnose a serious heart problem in the patient called Mitral Valve Prolapse (MVP).
Our animation artists had to visually explain the normal and abnormal heart function, abnormal electrical signals to the heart (ventricular tachycardia), and surgical illustration expressing the surgery that would have saved his life. They did this through detailed medical illustrations and 3D animation.
Our medical animations illustrations were used in court to help win a $10 million verdict for the family.
