$21.3M Wrongful Death Verdict in Police Chase
Case Type: Wrongful Death
What happened?
A high-speed police chase in Chicago resulted in the death of a 37-year-old mother of five.
The challenge?
Our team of artists had the task of visually explaining the route, the danger, and the flawed decision-making that led to the tragic outcome. Additionally, we needed to showcase the extent of the injuries sustained from the chase.
The outcome?
Our demonstratives, an animation of the chase as well as medical illustrations of the injuries, used by Romanucci & Blandin, helped secure a $21.3M verdict by accurately depicting the events that led to the plaintiff’s death.
“Working with Advocacy Digital Media and its team is working with professionals dedicated to producing the finest trial exhibits to compliment a trial lawyer’s presentation. Our recent victory, which included ADM visuals, required much back and forth input on ensuring an accurate exhibit and they were always there, almost minute by minute, to make the edits required for a proper foundation. ADM is highly recommended.” — Antonio M. Romanucci, Partner, Romanucci & Blandin
